It can encode the 10 UK CTCSS repeater access tones + 6 extra tones and generates a sine wave.  The tone is selected by the combination of jumpers in 4 positions.

It's powered by 7 to 16V DC and draws only a few mA.

There is an encode enable input that connects to the radio's PTT line (active low), and the tone select inputs are constantly read so you could change tone with a switch.  You can tie the encode enable input to ground for continuous encode.

Our CTCSS decoder/display can decode and display the 10 CTCSS tones used in the UK for repeaters.

Response time is very fast taking < 250mS of valid CTCSS tone to decode.

As well as the display there are also 2 logic outputs which will indicate the presence of one programmed tone. One output provides fast detect and drop and the second provides fast detect and delay drop.

Can be used for rapid identification of tone is use when scanning repeater frequencies or when traveling around the country, also as a CTCSS decoder for base stations and repeaters.

Our DTMF decoder kit has 6 NPN open collector darlington outputs that can be switched on/off remotely with or without a 4 digit security code. The decoder also has a TX keying output to key a transmitter for transponding a Morse confirmation. An audio output is included for the morse audio tones.
